the Tenth Anniversary Production of

The Silver Key:

a search for the way out

WHAT

A revival of the tenth anniversary production of the internationally acclaimed musical THE SILVER KEY: A SEARCH FOR THE WAY OUT, a very contemporary fairy tale quest for the Lost Souls, the Water of Life and the answer to the Unanswerable Riddle. A modern musical myth for audiences ages eight to adult in which Witches and Fairy Godmothers populate a magical world filled with feisty heroines, zany goblins and a host of colorful and fantastical creatures ferociously blurring the boundaries between here and there, yesterday and tomorrow, and fantasy and reality.

WHO

Originally conceived and directed by Playhouse Co-Artistic Director Chris DeCarlo, this tenth anniversary production is directed by Serena Dolinsky (who portrayed the central character Flaun in both the U.K. and the Ireland touring productions)

book, music and lyrics by:
Evelyn Rudie and Matthew Wrather
